The 44-year-old supermodel, who shares two children with her ex-husband, Tom Brady, is currently pregnant with her third, her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, 35. The couple have been dating, officially, for a little over a year, but have known each other longer, as he is her jiujitsu instructor.
âGisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and theyâre looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,â a source told People on October 28. There is no information yet on how long Gisele Bündchen has been pregnant or when she is due, but hereâs what she looked like a mere six weeks ago.
Since her split from Brady, Bündchen has been embracing her friendships and independent business ventures and not saying much about her romantic life. There were split rumors over the summer, but she let sources dispel them. However, she did give Valente a shout-out on Instagram for being a great teacher, posting a montage of herself kicking butt and writing, âI believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense. I feel itâs an important skill for all, but specially for us women. She also said, in a pre-confirmed-romance interview, âIâm so grateful to know all of [the Valente brothers], because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially. Heâs our teacher and, most importantly, heâs a person that I admire and that I trust. Itâs so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.â I mean, if your hot boyfriend is great with your kids, why not have a baby with him, right? Gisele, I get it.
